- Mosella Farnborough Juniors are the only team to have
completed the 'Treble' and won all 3 NJAA contest in one
year... an achievement they repeated in 2006 and 2007!
- The most successful team in NJAA history is
Leeds & District with 19 team wins.
- The most successful angler so far is Adam Hollis
(Warrington Anglers) with 3 Individual titles.
- The title for Most Successful Defences an NJAA team
trophy by a team is still held by Coventry &
District,
who won the first 4 years of our Junior National
(1968-1971)
- The longest time any Individual trophy has remained
in one club's hands is 5 years. Warrington Anglers took
home the Intermediate Challenge Champion between 1995-99.
- Only 2 anglers have successfully defended an
Individual title. Anthony Flint (Farnborough) in the
Junior National 2006-07, and Adam Hollis (Warrington
Anglers) in Intermediate Challenge 98-99.
- Only two anglers have won more
than one individual title in a single year:
Luke Wrezeck (Wakefield) won
both National and Challenge junior honours in 2009.
Gareth Jackson (Peatmoor)
took the Intermediate honour in the National on the Coventry
Canal, and also won the Knockout on Blythe Waters in 2002.
